We align our standards with globally recognized frameworks that promote ethical integrity, editorial independence, and transparent reporting. Our policies draw on:

• The World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) principles on editorial independence,
• The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for good publication practice,
• The International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) recommendations on authorship and research conduct, and
• The EQUATOR Network checklists for responsible and accurate research reporting.
