Purpose of the Policy

This policy governs the use of generative AI and automated tools (such as those that produce
text, images, data analysis, or code) in connection with scholarly works submitted to our journals
and platforms. It aims to ensure clarity regarding authorship responsibilities, proper
acknowledgment of AI contributions, and the preservation of academic standards.

Use of Generative AI by Authors

Authors may use generative AI and automated tools during the preparation of their manuscripts
                under the following conditions:

Transparency: Any use of AI tools in generating text, images, data, or other
                    content
must be disclosed explicitly in the manuscript. A clear acknowledgment must be
                    provided in a dedicated section

Accountability: The authors are solely responsible for the content of the
                    manuscript,
including the accuracy, originality, and ethical compliance of any material generated
using AI tools. AI tools cannot be credited as authors, as authorship requires
accountability for intellectual content and responsibility for the study’s integrity.

Proper Attribution: Any use of AI tools complies with ethical guidelines and does
                    not violate copyright or
                    licensing agreements.

Restriction on Generative AI Use

Authors may not:

Use AI tools to generate content that is not properly attributed or acknowledged.

Use AI tools to circumvent ethical standards, such as by fabricating ethical approval
                    statements, consents, or permissions.

Use AI tools to manipulate or fabricate data, results, or citations.Attribute undue originality to
content that has been significantly influenced or created by
                    AI without proper disclosure.

Failure to disclose the use of AI tools may be considered a breach of our ethical policies and
could result in manuscript rejection or retraction.

Use of Generative AI by Editors

Editors may use AI tools to assist in certain editorial tasks, such as checking grammar, detecting
plagiarism, or summarizing content. However, editors must:

Use AI tools judiciously and not rely on them for decisions that require subjective
judgment, such as acceptance, rejection, or prioritization of manuscripts.

Ensure that any AI-assisted decision-making is clearly communicated and aligned with
                    editorial standards.

Data Integrity and Transparency

We require authors to ensure that all data, results, and images generated or analyzed using AI
tools are clearly labeled and reproducible, where applicable. Authors must provide detailed
documentation of how AI tools were employed, including the specific version or model of the
tool, its settings, and the input data.

Ethical Implications

Authors, reviewers, and editors must remain vigilant about potential ethical concerns arising
from the use of AI tools, including:

Biases inherent in AI-generated content.

Misuse of AI to manipulate data or fabricate results.

Infringements of copyright or intellectual property rights.

We encourage stakeholders to consult relevant ethical guidelines, including its broader Research
                Ethics Policy, to ensure compliance.

Non-Compliance

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the following actions:

Rejection of the manuscript during the submission process.

Retraction of published content, accompanied by a notice of ethical breach.

Restriction of future submissions by the author(s) involved.

Policy Updates

We may revise this policy as AI tools evolve and new ethical challenges emerge. Any changes
will be communicated on our website, and authors, reviewers, and editors are encouraged to
                review the latest version periodically.
